Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our distributor warehouses & factories located in China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. Orders on average take 7-20 business days to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; and current shipping/world issues such as COVID-19.
Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?
A. Orders will usually ship within 3 business days, however, in peak times, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Q. Do you ship Worldwide?
A. Yes! We ship anywhere and everywhere - we want to see your fur babies from every corner of the globe using our products.
Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. YES! We offer free shipping on any past, present and future product that we will stock.
Q. Where is your company located?
A. Our company's headquarters are located in the UK, while our suppliers and distribution centres are in locations across China, USA and Europe.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. Although you may be shown other currency throughout the website and in your cart the final billing will always be done in USD at the current rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, confirmation emails for orders are generally issued very quickly with most being within an hour.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. In the majority of countries, you will not have to pay customs. This can vary depending on your location and the order quantity you choose.
